If an issue occurs, follow the steps below in order until the issue is resolved.
1. Restart Chromebook
2. Complete Hard Restart
3. Powerwash (Wipe) Chromebook
- A powerwash deletes ALL data on the Chromebook’s hard drive and all settings.
- Google Drive and web-based data is not deleted.
- Once the powerwash is complete, re-enroll the Chromebook.
4. Contact the WCPSS Help Desk and include information about what you’ve already done to troubleshoot the issue (e.g. completed a powerwash).
