Chromebooks are designed to require little technical support. However, if an issue occurs, the steps listed below should be followed, in order, until the issue is resolved.

**Wipe Chromebook (PDF)

- Anyone: Restart Chromebook.
- Anyone: Powerwash Chromebook.
- Tech Contact: Report issue to the WCPSS Help Desk. Indicate steps already taken to resolve the issue. Share device serial number (on white sticker under device)
All other users, follow your normal support procedure for technology related issues.
